I came in without a reservation, seems like you need one to get in a booth. However, the hostess was able to get us a table at the bar. There's no separation between both areas, the only difference is the settings and that your waiter, the one picking your order, will be the bartender. The table has high chairs, and in that area probably the most people together will be four sitting down. The menu is broad and includes soups, salads, appetizers, and main dishes. There's a drink menu and a dessert menu. The dishes that we tried were well-served and balanced in amounts. The flavor was really good. I recommend the pozole as soup and probably whatever else you prefer will be good. I had a sandwich, it came out in round bread instead of the rectangular one I was expecting, but great flavor. And finished with the churro sundae. The churro was warm and crispy, with the ice cream on top. Enjoy!

Food was wonderful, had salmon and redfish both delicious! First time for us and tostones were awesome. Ordered cheesecake with berries, only one berry, so this was disappointing after seeing the picture online. Service was not great, waitress was distracted and spent a lot of time talking to patrons at a nearby table which became annoying after awhile. Overall excellent experience except service. I was a waitress for many years, so I know how important good service is for a night out.

First time eating at Park Tavern, went for lunch, and I must say I was impressed with the service, the taste of the food, the time it took to order to receiving it, the ambiance, everything was TOP NOTCH. The burger was so TASTY, by far, the BEST hamburger in EP. Period. Recommend for date night with GF or wife, friends, colleagues, no mater its the place to go!

Always a go to for date nights or just in the area. Food and service are always on point, rack of lamb is a must try along with the spinach dip. This recent experience was even better, everything was spaced out and timed perfectly between drinks, app, salad and entrees. Great wine selection and don’t sleep on their burgers either!

I’ve been to park tavern a few times, however this late time I was beyond hungry. I started out with a baked brie, was it worth $17? Not really. But it was very good even though the bread was very dry and the amount of brie was very little, however still really good with the nuts and berrys. Next up my wife ordered the skirt steak with the potatoes, I personally think that is one of the best cuts of steaks you can order and it is very reasonably priced. Extremely tender, juicy and amazing flavor. For myself I got my all time favorite, the lamb chops. This time I felt as it wasn’t seared properly and could’ve use a bit more of a crunch. With that being said, the lamb was still very good and has a very special flavor that is hard to replicate anywhere else. Presentation was amazing on all the dishes and our server Ilze was the perfect amount of attentive without being overbearing and when I requested the check from the other side of the restaurant was very attentive and speedy. Excellent server and very helpful.

Update: we’ve been a couple more times since this post. It’s held up every time. This place is so consistently incredible it’s hard to believe. Ended up here last night because our favorite spot was full. It did more than not disappoint, it was FANTASTIC. We sat on the patio and had incredible service. Everything was timed perfectly, drinks were excellent and food was on another level. Highly recommend mussels, blacked red fish and ribeye!! They even had happy hour discounts late on a Friday afternoon?? Ended with the best dessert (churros) and the best carajillo we’ve had in town. Hats off to service, bartender and back of the house. You guys are doing it right and we will be back frequently. Don’t sleep on park tavern!!

Went their with family party of 8 and it was very nice. Had dinner and all plates looked very appetizing. The place got busy which to me is always a good sign. Filet mignon cooked to order and juicy. Shrimp plate had 8 large shrimp with linguini was very tasty. Prime rib portion was good size and also cooked to order. Even chicken sandwich was very tasty and seasoned well. Im sure their lunch menu is just as good. A must stop if in the downtown el paso area. I made a mistake on shrimp plate, not 8 but 4 shrimp, sorry.

First time eating here and let me just say the environment was amazing. Good music playing in the background and the spacious area was great! We went in with a larger group, which we were sat right away (we did have a reservation). Our server Jorge, was great!! Made recommendations and was very tentative to our group! Service from Mr Jorge was top notch and very professional! The food was amazing! I had the blackened redfish and it was so savory and delicious!! The outside of the fish was crisp and the inside was tastey! The jumbo shrimp was also amazing and super delicious. I had macaroni and mash potatoes for my side, very savory and delicious!! My wife has the Lamb, which she really enjoyed and full of flavor. The lamb came with cut mini potatoes, which I tried and they too were delicious. I had a drink called the El Pasoan, and boy it was a hint of jalapeño and super good!! Had to end the night with desert! Had the cheesecake and you can definitely tell it was homemade! The cheesecake was soft and delicious drizzles with berries and jam! Definitely recommend eating here!! It was quiet busy, so I recommend making a reservation.
