I've known about Tacos Del Chino since El Chino used to have his taco truck in South El Monte. The service here is always 5 stars. Everyone is super friendly and always joking around. The place doesn't look like much but the food is definitely good and affordable.
Cooking time can range from really quick to semi-slow. I've overheard orders of 200 tacos (mostly late night) while I'm ordering that probably back them up! But I don't mind it because the majority of the time the food is fresh.
As for the food, you can't go wrong with anything Asada. Especially the mulitas! The pastor has a bit too much sauce for my liking, though. Beware, they will put salsa on all their items so if you can't handle spice, ask for it on the side. Otherwise, it has a good flavor. Horchata is a must as well. Enjoy!

Bought 4 tacos of asada and their was 3 flies in my tacos. I threw them away because they had fly eggs 🤢 Never ever buying here more tacos.

Amazing and delicious tacos. The cook is very nice and isn't stingy with the meet. You know us taco lovers need to have the tacos stacked lol. The cashier is very nice and very patient when ordering. Definitely recommend this place.

My burrito had a long black hair in it I took a picture of it and I threw it up got sick after seeing that hair in my burrito and my husband tripas were raw not medium churchy

This little place is a real gem. We were only travelling through the area so we do not have the opportunity to frequent this restaurant. If we were living here we would be here all the time. I recommend the beef tounge tacos.
