El Bukanas - El Monte - Photo album

Formerly Bukanas, now Xécora. Exquisite urban gastronomy very comparable to Guisados, tried three different tacos and they all were delicious. Tried a Paloma, it was awesome; Lavender infused tequila with real Toronja juice mmm
Pretty good.. No Happy Hour :( but prices and food are decent if your looking for local seafood 4.28.2016 Update: they do have Happy Hour which means the waitress from our last visit lied and charged us more... Thankfully the owner was here today and credited our bill... Great Service! Great Michel
Service and food ... great!
Plates are greasy and the food had way too much pepper to even taste the natural ingredients of the vegetables. Waitress are lazy and are unattainable to their tables. The waitress only came around the table to take our order and serve the food. The. Food food is not to its potential.
Great place with amazing food. It doesn't offer enough seating privacy for my taste. But if you like open eating areas this is you're place.
It was my first time here and I gotta say food is delicious, prices are pretty decent...service does suck!, it took forever for the servers to bring us the food and they had people waiting while tables were empty aand dirty!, I would've given them a 5 star but I couldn't sorry!
A casual, ethnic seafood restaurant/full bar on Peck and Lower Azusa. They make a delicious tamarind margarita. Interesting menu.
What an incredible experience. Popped in and ordered what they said was good here: Michelada, ceviche and the tacos. Absolutely unreal how good it all was. Worth the drive from los angeles!!!
