They were getting everything wrong!! First of all is this a bean bowl?? With a hint of chicken?? I understand the concept of cross contamination being uncontrollable at times but... mac&cheese+mashed potatoes. What if I was allergic. That wasn’t the end of it the small chicken breast that was given to us, but her forgetting the drink. There was not a line behind us they most definitely were just done for the day like they always are no matter what time of the day

this place is a hit or miss. sometimes the chicken is tender and juicy and other times it's hard and tasteless. one thing however is their fountain drinks are always flat.

I love El Pollo Loco..... but this one is one of the best in town.... they take your order quick n your not waiting in line in the drive through long.....

Big fan of pollo loco until I ordered the family 4 pcs meal. To get my chicken 🐔 tasting under cooked and rubbery. Nasty chicken, very cold, rubbery, and not tasty at all I ended up so disgusted by that meal I threw it away. I didn't wanna get food poison ☠ Come guys how hard is it to cook the chicken right?

This place has hardworking cooks/staff and a great ambience. Staff is very attentive, busy, and the location is very clean.

Update 06/28/2022. Asked for a large cup of ice water. And there was little floaters in it. Had to throw it away. This place always disappoints .
