Now this is the spot! I got the wrong order the other night didn't notice till I got home, called Jersey Mike's and asked if they can switch my order cause I ordered the wrong sandwich, which was completely my fault, the girl with the red hair and some other guy were working the closing shift (didn't get their names) and they were really really nice to change my order and it was already 9pm (which thats what time they close) when I got to the restaurant. I just want to say NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you so so much for your kindness, you two employees are rare in this world. You could've easily said no but you didn't bless your hearts 💚

Jersey Mike’s in El Monte is awesome! Fresh delicious sub sandwiches and great customer service! It was our first time there and we decided to try something different and local. Highly recommend!

The people at this location need to be retrained. Absolutely no care when making my sandwiches. I felt like they just slopped it together, and they butchered my bread when cutting it. Ill skip this location going forward. Its a shame because I work a lot in El Monte.

Lady would only give me a little bit tuna on my sandwich and asked for more tuna and she charged me for extra meat. This location in El Monte use to be good customer service. They been lagging lately I think I'm going to subway better customer service.

Great tasting sandwiches, just had the Jersey Mike philly cheesesteak BUT my Regular size had almost no weight to it, gone in 69 seconds, pricey yet tasty lightweight sandwich
