Ihop

Very very greasy, the food I usually order is the same,(eggs pancakes hash browns etc.) and even though it is always greasy it is a tolerable grease BUT this time the food were dripping with grease sometimes it is less greasy but this time my online order was SUPER super greasy!!! Very unsatisfied. I ate it because I was starving but come one Ihop. Ihop lowered their standards and quality. It made me feel nauseous after eating. Be aware!

Sunday, April 24th @ 10am. My visit was not as pleasant as usual. The cook named Julietta was not professional and must have been having a bad morning. I witness her slamming/throwing plates on the order counter, also having a heated discussion with another cook and my waitress(Samantha). My order did not arrive at the same time(more than 1 guess at my table). It is disappointing to enter a restaurant, spend money and not have a great experience. I suggested to the RGM to check in with the employee to make sure she is not having issues that may cause for a bad shift. I have been in the restaurant industry as a cook and also a manager, so I am aware of the process of serving and customer service. I did bring this matter to the attention of the RGM. But left feeling like she dismissed my concern.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good and other times very disappointing. Today was a disappointing day. I ordered a chicken Fajita Omelette. It was dry. The egg is scorched and to put the cherry on top... they didn't give me ANY syrup for two orders of pancakes. Since I stayed in a hotel last night I couldn't just go into the cabinet a get some syrup. So I had to drive back to IHOP to get syrup. They gave me a very insincere apology and didn't offer a complimentary item for wasting my time and gas.
