7-eleven

For some strange reason, this particular 7-eleven seems to get poor ratings. HOWEVER, I shop here 4 to 6 times per week, and no one has EVER been rude to me. It might simply be in their culture NOT to ask customers questions like, "Can I help you find anything?"... Because he's NEVER asked me anything, except, "Would you like a shopping bag for 10cents?" Hahaha... I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THIS 7-ELEVEN! I've always received fair service, and have never been faced with a "pushy salesman trying to sell me something I have no interest in". My ONLY complaint is...They need more Blue Mt.Dews. 😉 TIP: I save the plastic shopping bags and use them in the trash can in my Truck. That way, I'm not wasting them.

I can not even rate this store a star but I have to...to let people know about this 7-11. The store owner is very shady and has tried to steal money from it's own customers. I ask for all customers to be wary of using your bank card here. We were charged for a pack of cigarettes not once but twice that we did not get. My husband went in and got three packs and we were charged for four not three. My husband then went in to complain to them about it. It took the owner several days to review the tape and they he tried to claim my husband had been in another time that day. Which my husband said he hadn't and I would know because my husband did not leave home after he came back from 7-11 that morning picking up cigarettes. The store owner had to give us a pack that we unintentionally payed for because of the clerk who was working over charged us. Then today as I was going through our account I noticed a charge of 7.22 on our bank account to 7-11 still pending which was strange cuz the last time my husband bought cigarettes was on the 24th which already went through. The only time my husband went to 7-11 was on Wednesday to get the pack the owner owed us for his clerk charging us for 4 packs instead of 3. Suddenly my family has a charge for pack of cigarettes that we did not buy on our account. I urge everyone to go through their recites and check their bank accounts and make sure what they buy adds up. I have contacted my own bank and their fraud department on these people plus my husband and I contacted 7-11 corporate office about this money stealing they did from our bank account without us even running our card for the so-called purchase that we did not make and hadn't even been in the store to make. Please people be very wary of this store.

Was just in here, and the guy was so rude. He has no idea what he’s doing. I ordered a cheeseburger bite, and he tried to give it to me with no bun. I told him it comes on a bun, and he says, “No.” He asked me if I wanted a bun, I told him yes. He told me my total was $2.45. I said they are usually $1.99, he said that was the price when they were the 1/8 pound size. I said they’ve never been 1/8 pound, they’ve always been 1/4 pound. He didn’t even ring in the cheeseburger bite, he made up a grocery price to charge me for the bun. I would suggest more training, but I doubt this guy is coach able. Just fire him
