My go to because it’s close to home. The store in general is good, clean, and well stocked but the folks working there seem to be more concerned about what’s going on on their phones instead of ringing customers up and getting them out of there.

Roxanne Smith, i’ve never stole from anybody in my life! There’s a proper way to complain about something and demanding that I give you an assortment of things for free is not the right path( One not even being nachos ) condiments are provided at my cost( sometimes unfortunately we don’t have every thing that every customer wants) and actually 7-Eleven Inc. was out of stock for two months. I too enjoy jalapeños on my nachos and I feel that my employee could’ve handled the situation better but when I took the phone complaint I was not going to allow myself to be verbally assaulted and I question what disabilities have to do with anything? My team and I work very hard to give our customers a clean and positive experience. ERIC (owner)

From employee Hussan, to Manage Dena to owner Eric, they mistreat and steal from the disabled. My patient went to this store for some nachos. After pouring the cheese on the nachos, she realized that there were no jalapeno's. After asking the employee for jalapeno's, she was told that they we're out. My patient said that she didn't want the nacho's. The employee told her that she still has to pay for the nacho's because she had already poured the cheese on the nacho's. My patient did pay under duress. She threw the nachos away but contacted the manager Dena and owner Eric. Both of them stated that customer's have to pay for nacho's even if the store is missing ingredients. My patient is a retired officer with brain tumors. I try to let her handle things on her own but I am stepping in now. They could never make me pay for something that I don't want. They took advantage of her because she is disabled

There were sticky spills, so u have to lean over to fill a drink. There was barely any food made for lunch time. He did not seem to know his own products or the differences between the taquitos. Even though the label was right there. He said they did not have any but I got the feeling he was just saying it. After waiting so long in line while he chit chatted it was really annoying. And when I asked if it was hot, of course as in spicy because if it's on a heater it's going to be hot. He said no and then started checking the temperature. Because clearly he thought I meant they were cold or hot smh they should have had a second person on this shift or train this person better, funny enough when I got to my car and took a bite the Taquito was cold. He also only gave me one taquito which I thought was weird cuz it's cheaper to buy three he should have been pushing for 3 and obviously if I'm here for lunch I don't just want one. And clearly he didn't hear me say (3) in the beginning before all the confusion of what is a taco and cheese Taquito even though the label was right there. Smdh
