7-eleven

This store has been going down hill for months. 3rd time in this store where a product is not sealed(opened) specifically mini chips ahoy cookie bags. This morning at 6am 1/2/22 took the cake. I brought up 2 bags to cashier, both were opened. Went back to shelf a 3rd time, brought 2 more bags to try again and 1 bag was PARTIALLY sealed, the rest was unsealed (open) and he accused me of opening the bag right in front of him! He wanted to argue about it, tried to charge me for it. Good thing I had cash! He refused to take it off my bill so I handed him $2.00 cash for coffee, he refused to give me the managers name/number. Another question, why is this store adding things to my bill at register, that I’m not buying, then they take it off bill before totaling? Something isn’t right with this place. I’ve come to this store every day for 5 years. Not any more. 7/11’s are on every corner. BBB will hear from me as well.

I really love this 7 eleven but I gave them only three stars for now to bring to the managers attention that their night employees seem to be up to something. I came in at 2:15am January 11th and there was a sign saying it would be closed until 3:10am. I’ve never heard of them getting an hour lunch break. And another time the cashier closed up and with in the Middle of her shift. Bring the good employees back.

I came in this morning to get coffee, along with another customer, and attempted to get the French vanilla cappacino, and it was empty, and the reservoir was very full, and had chunky stuff in it, so you know it had been like that for awhile, so I settled for some exclusive black coffee and went to pour some, it was also empty!! The other customer was having the same issue, and ended up throwing his cup in the trash, and we both joked about going to another store, so after he realised things were empty at the coffee station, walked up to the cashier, told her things were empty, and she just stood there with a blank face. He then left in haste. She scratched her head, didn't wash her hands, 🤢 and then proceeded to slowly prepare taquitos, instead of filling things that were actually empty. I nearly walked out without coffee as well, but just got what I could to make due. I approached the counter and let her know there were several things out at the station, and got basically the same response. In my CS experience, we're trained to apologize for the inconvenience, and quickly resolve the situation. She did not do anything at all. I will not be coming back to this store 😠 Too many people just showing up for a paycheck, and not fulfilling their work duties!

I was going in this store 2-4 times a day. Today a truck and trailer pulled in right before me and parked in the middle of the parking lot. I pull into a spot and the poor angle because of the truck and trailer I had to re adjust my car someone else came flying in the lot and started honking at me. I went into the store and the cashier started telkinv me I have to slow down coming into the parking lot. So exactly how fast can I fly into the lot pulling in right behind a huge truck and trailer. This cashier from another store has serious issues and need to take customer service classes

When to get a cafe refill the cashier told us that we cannot uesd our own cup that we had to used there cup only. not my personal cup. now there trying to tell me not to used my own cup I don't think so. Yet she used her hand to fill there cup with her hands I guess the rules only apply to them (will not Recommend this place)751 Bradley ave

I’m here it’s literally a few minutes b4 10 on July 19th. Theres some employee here named Melissa I think she’s in the back idk what she’s doing not helping out the customers, she has her man or family member or something standing at the counter, when she does come out they are literally arguing in front of everyone!! He’s literally just standing there for who knows how long staring at everyone Place is a mess!! Very uncomfortable. Store #735
