Took my Son for lunch. My burger came out luke warm and looked like a mess how it was assembled. Patties were not even hot enough to make the cheese melt. Usually very good and one of our go to places. A little more QC from a manager would be helpful. Even at a fast food....Presentation is everythin
The workers are nice they always go above and beyond but their food is not as good as it used to be

I live near this location and the quality of the food has gone down tremendously I always get burgers that are not seasoned and Luke warm and I believe it’s because they hire so many children that are not being supervised
Took forever to get my food once I paid for it but it was good once it finally got to me
I showed up at 9:55 pm and did not know they closed at 10.
I said I didn't want them to go to any trouble and understood if they were closing.
But the young woman at the drive up insisted it was fine if I wanted to order something.
So I did.
Staff was very friendly, food prepared as I asked, and qu
I waited 50 minutes for a curbside order that I never received. No one checked on me and no one offered to even comp my meal. I had to call the store to get a refund.
Love Culver’s. Great food and of course appreciation for the veteran/military community. Best cheese curds around
