I am currently dining here as I am writing this review. Let me start off by saying customer service is blunt and rude. We are a party of 8 and only 3 of us have our entrees. We have been waiting for 20 minutes for the other dishes. They gave us one plate of white rice for everyone to share, even though most of us asked for fried. I understand they are short staffed, but the ones working are rude and do not attend properly.. I will not dine in here again. Also, ordered CALAMARI. They gave us OCTOPUS. see pic. 😑

If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. Years ago, this place was great! A little over a year ago, I started working in Riverwalk, we decided to order takeout for lunch. 30mins after ordering (giving the restaurant 10 extra minutes than they quoted) I went to pick up the order. When I got there I had to wait another 15 mins for the order. The customer service was terrible, and the food ended up tasting mediocre at best. We were super disappointed. It has taken me a year to try this place again. We walked in there today, seen several people sitting at tables (dinning in) only to be told that the 2 of us can order takeout because they were "not allowing" dine in. Well... the sign outside completely contradicted what we were told by the staff... none the less we went to Boardroom Deli (Delicious!! Great service) and will not be returning to Henry's. Eagle may be a drive but Gourmet China will ALWAYS be worth the trip for quality Chinese style food and great service.

First time. Food tastes great.
I ordered online. Made sure to say I needed napkins, utensils and a fortune cookie (because duh, who wants chinese food without their special fortune).
My food was bagged on a front table ready for pick up, which was great. I got back to work, excited for my lunch to find no utensils, napkins or a cookie... my soup was egg drop rather than hot and sour and my sweet and sour chicken had no sweet and sour on it or on the side (I used the tiny one from my egg roll to dip chicken in and found a plastic knife to eat like a savage).

This was a fantastic meal! The food and employees were both amazing! We ordered the orange chicken and chicken lo mein. Definitely coming back next week.

This place went downhill. It used to be our familys favorite Chinese place, but after the last 3 times eating out from there, feeling disappointed in the food, we decide it's not worth it. We'll go somewhere else if we want Chinese food. It's too bad

Best Chinese food I’ve had in cooorado! The coconut curry soup and patstikers were my favorite. The peanut curry was dank too.

Henry's is not the same. Years ago this would have been a solid 5 star. The management has changed, the menu has changed, the staffing has changed... None for the better.

We placed a nearly $150. order last night for take out.. I waited 40 min. at the bar for the food to be prepared. Never offered so much as a drink of water while waiting (and this was on a Tuesday night when town was not very busy). Staff needed to check the order 3x by taking it out of the bags to make sure everything was included. I observed a gentleman coming in and saying clearly "Pick up order for Bob". He was shown the way to the toilet. There are some communication problems here. Food was good, though over priced for Chinese.
It needs to be pointed out that Henry's uses an outside vendor for their on-line order app. If you order on line, expect approximately a 10% service fee. As other reviewers have noted, by not answering their phone, Henry's forces patrons to their on line app. Also, the time slide does not give accurate predictions of when your food will be ready for pick up.
