Review Five Restaurant Bistro - Edmonds

Went in on a whim, charmed by the view of the bar from outside. Warmly greeted and friendly service. The food was very good and in nice portions - nothing outlandish. Relax and enjoy a meal with a friend and have the bread pudding at the end. As an aside, they do serve GF pizza...try the prociutto.

Came here on a Monday night with my boyfriend and we were immediately sat at the bar. Maybe for the best, because regular seating looked full and honestly, a little cramped. We shared a prosciutto pizza and it was amazing! It made me excited to come back and try other things. Our bar server was really nice as well. Can’t wait to come back!

AMAZING! So glad we found this gem for our Valentines' Day dinner. The food and service was incredible, the atmosphere was perfect, the music selection, everything! Highly highly recommended, thank you to the entire team at FIVE, we will absolutely be back soon :-)

IF YOU WANT TO INCREASE THE PRICE, PLEASE CHANGE THE MENUS. My partner and I got two menus, which are in different prices. That is not very satisfying and comfortable experience for a fine dining restaurant. However, the food are great. The lamb ribs are fabulously cooked. (Do not order cinnamon rolls...)

I had a very awesome experience at this restaurant. Carne Pizza was really really good. Brain was awesome! Very quiet & nice restaurant .. perfect for dates & friends hang out. Totally recommend it.

Food was excellent! The atmosphere was a bit noisy inside. The outdoor seating looked very nice and we'd probably opt for that if we visit again. The service was good. Although one of our orders was not ready when the rest were served, our server immediately acknowledged it was an error on his part, and comped that meal. While this was the right response, I still have to take a star off since it did detract from the experience in a big way. I was NOT thrilled by the 3% surcharge on the bill though. While I am sympathetic to (and quite knowledgeable of) the challenges of the restaurant business, the simple fact is: no element of the owner's cost of doing business (particularly labor, for which these surcharges are most frequently cited) is proportional to how much customers spend. The staff is on the same clock whether I spend $1.00 or $100, yet if I bring a six top there I have to pay 3x more to SUBSIDIZE the OWNERS than a deuce would? Makes zero sense. Note, after seeing this on the bill I did verify it's stated on the website, and most probably the menus, so I'm not saying it's a "hidden" charge, but it was still "unexpected" because, well, who's really looking for something like that, right? Regardless, it's just a disappointing asterisk to the night (and caveat to readers of this review). While I thoroughly appreciated the quality of the product offered (and my star rating reflects that alone; similar to how I would never reduce the server's tip if the kitchen screwed up), I'm really not sure I'll be back. And that's a shame.

Truly exceptional! I had the carne asada pizza with avocado and I savored every bite. Maybe I’m a bit too eager for a good restaurant after the pandemic, but I LOVED this food. They have a wonderful patio and just-right service. You must go!

I love this restaurant! The pizza is delicious. We love the pepperoni as well as the goat cheese and pine nuts. The chopped salad is to die for. The salad dressing is so good! I also really like the scalopini. The “Fresca” cocktail and house wine is wonderful.

I have never been disappointed in the service, food or drink here. They have the best Cesar salad on the planet!! If you like garlic, that is! I also tend to order the smoked mozzarella pizza all the time because I know it is that good! The other items in their menu will delight as well! A quaint little eatery in Edmonds. Well worth using your gps to find it! The summer months the patio in back is open.

FIVE offers great contemporary American food. Their Pizzas are delicious. So are their entrees, which change seasonally. The appetizers are also succulent. I particularly like their calamari, which is delicately sautéed, not fried. The beet salad and signature Caesar salad are also great. To top it all off the wine selection is varied with reasonable prices. And if wine is not your thing, well-crafted cocktails and beers are also available.

Great food and great environment !! I would definitely recommend this place!!

Took my sister to the Five Restaurant Bistro today. We had and excellent lunch and shared a wonderful crisp of Rhubarb and Blueberries with icecream. Anna was our wonderful server. We will be back.

Loved the food, atmosphere, drinks and excellent service from our bartender. I want to sit in the patio area next time on a nice sunny day 😊

I loved the vibe as soon as we walked in: Casual, upbeat, roomy. Prices are pretty reasonable, menu is not huge but plenty varied. I had the linguini with seafood, Sissy had the arugula salad and the pear/gorgonzola pizza. Everything was tasty, everyone was friendly, a good time was had by all. We'll be back!

My go-to spot for a nice dinner near home. Food and drinks are fresh, interesting, and delicious! I always leave with a perfectly full, happy tummy!
