Such terrible customer service!
I would not recommend going to this location.
They could careless about your order or when you are ordering, and get your order wrong and then when you contact them about the interrupt your conversation and hang up on you all while telling you they have good customer service. I ordered a steak and egg burrito was charged a load breakfast burrito and not sure what I got! Gas is to expensive to have to drive all the way back for them to fix their mistake! I understand that everywhere is under staffed but I think to many people are using that as an excuse to give such poor customer service! If it wasn't for customers you wouldn't be getting a paycheck! Think about that next time you want to be rude to a person ordering food!

This place offers lettuce wraps in all of their food which is a low carb godsend and I thoroughly enjoyed my food and it was cooked excellent. We ordered for four people and everything turned out great. This place is never having too much business and that's sad because it's a great little place and the food is very affordable and the burgers are huge. Fries and onion rings are good as well.

Hands down, the worst Carl's Jr. we have ever been to. After waiting 26 minutes for our order of 2 combos, I inquired at the counter as to whether or not our order was ready. The woman didn't have a clue. No, they "skipped" it somehow, and hadn't even started on it. Very loud crew, table was dirty. Requested our money back, didn't even eat there. We used to love Carl's Jr., so this was a huge disappointment!

I have ordered -Beyond meat veggie Burger, Zucchini fries and chocolate cake all together costs me 10$. Zucchini fries are worst in taste.
They given Ranch, Barbecue dipping sauce.
Barbecue sauce is over sweet and unable to bare the taste. I have thrown it away.
Veggie beyond meat pizza is great and I have enjoyed it.
The girl at counter is very nice, polite and customer friendly. She is very attentive and professional.
I am giving 5 stars because of her service.

Horrible place. Will never return to this restaurant. Food is always wrong. Ordered through doordash and my order is cancled after waiting for 1.5 hours...and they don't close at 12 am. They close at 5:00pm every day

This is going to sound like hyperbole, but I can't reign my genuine thoughts in. This is probably the best fast food place in Edmond, or anywhere in general. I didn’t like Carl’s Jr. before I came here, it’s very well managed, the people working are very helpful and nice, and the food has always been hot.
I know to most people it would be absurd to write this much about a Carl’s Jr., but this place and the people working in it do more than most. I mostly started coming to this location because of the adult swim promotion, and the man working today was kind enough to write down the key of what bags contained what figures. All in all, very good when you’re not sure what to get for dinner and might hesitate when ordering.

On 01/10/2022 I came to the drive thru around 1:12 and had some lady take my order. I asked for a 2 orders of the #3 when I got my bag I saw 2 onion rings and 2 sandwiches are in and assumed I had everything, I mean how hard is it to ring up 2 of the identical orders?? Not hard at all, but the lady who rang it up looks like she’s on dope so idk. But come to find out I have 2 different sandwiches and I tried calling the store like 10 plus times and no one answered. DOUBLE CHECKING ALL MY ORDERS IDC IF THE LINE PILES UP

Employees stood around talking more than working, my order was wrong up incorrectly and wasn't corrected after I walked up and talked to the staff. Lobby was dirty and tables where not wiped down,food took along time to be made it .
