Ordered a pizza fairly late at night granted, but we didnt realize that when we put ring the doorbell when it gets here, they just wouldnt. Because we have dogs that would potentially run out, we ask to ring doorbell and explain its because of our dogs on the order details. We never got any notification whatsoever of our pizza arriving at our doorstep. We go out at the time of our expected delivery and its absolutely covered in bugs. We were never notified at all it was there. And of course this was late so they didnt answer our phone calls on this either. All we needed was a simple notification it was there but they cant even knock or anything. We were waiting on it right in the front room too. Theres no way they could have felt uncomfortable about getting our attention.

There are just days that one has to order a pizza and watch a movie. I love ordering from Pizza Hut because their service is fast, prompt and always correct. Our pizza's arrive piping hot, fresh, and delicious. Right on time, drivers follow directions, and they're always friendly. Thanks PH!

We have reached this place to takeout pizza after our shopping at OKC on 20Aug2020.
The shop is very small and they are giving pizza by taking out from shop upon your arrival.
There is no drive through.
Pizza taste is Ok.
They need to do little better way to make it good taste. I hope they may do it.
Delivery is fast and people work here are very attentive.

This location, across from Crest Foods in Edmond, is the only Pizza Hut I really like. They have always made the best pizza's. This is my favorite Pizza Hut in the metro area!

At first my pizza was ruined by a driver.. then the awesome GM fixed it plus a little more.. this location cares about its customers.

I ordered a side of marinara sauce and had to pay for it but did not get it. ☹️ Also ordered an extra side of ranch for a salad and was charged extra and was given a pre packaged foil packet instead of the fresh ranch.☹️
Wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't charged for extra sauces. 🤷🏼♀️

Delicious pizza but small portion size for the personal pan. I had the buffalo chicken. Their app has some good deals though.

The pizza and all the other sides we ordered were cooked perfectly and delivered in 20 minutes. Super fast and great tasting! Pizza Hut is by far my favorite!
