Dude is t he only person who showed up on the snowiest day of the year and is absolutely crushing it.
Took a little longer than usual, but that’s to be expected given the circumstances.
Food was still piping hot and delicious.

They were extremely backed up and it seemed only two people working. They still sounded very polite. While the condiments I ordered (I had a mobile order and asked for quite a few) were forgotten, my sandwhich was AMAZING. Great customer service and quality food.

I have frequently received incorrect orders at a multitude of McDonalds locations, but never raw hamburger. I can no longer say that. My husband went to get me a quarter pounder since I’ve been cooped up all week with Covid. All I wanted was a hot, delicious Quarter Pounder. I didn’t pay any attention to the first bite, but noticed that it wasn’t very warm. After the second bite I looked down, and the center of the hamburger is raw. Undercooked. Unsafe. Do not eat here, at least after dark. I will be contacting the state Health Department when they reopen on Friday.

So let me see if I understand the new play place is closed because the Independent owner/operator can't afford to pay someone to clean it? Then why are not able to do even the basic cleaning of the tables. FYI this was the cleanest out of all of the tables. Health department would not like what I saw today

Quick and Friendly... Their doing a great job even shorthanded. They do have limited hours. Have to drive half across Edmond for later McD's cravings.

This was our first visit to this particular location at McDonald's and it was very pleasant. The employees were very nice and did their best to be as efficient as possible. The food tasted good and was hot and everything was made to our specific order.

Went into the lobby because I thought it would be quicker than the wrap around drive through line. Waited 20 minutes for 2 apple pies and a large sprite. Nobody in there was wearing gloves. When I finally got my stuff the pies were cold and the sprite machine was out of syrup. Went back to the counter to let them know and they just stared at me and the manager turned away to take a phone call. Now I remember why I never go to McDonald’s.

Ordered 2 drinks and 2 hot fudge Sundays. Took 10 minutes to get my order. No other customers there and drive thru was not busy. Charged over $2.50 each for Sundays. Should be 1.25. Sunday had chocolate syrup not Fudge.
