I just ordered food from the restaurant and the chicken wings are amazing!!! However, I ordered shrimp chow mein and a shrimp fried rice, which I paid for additionally. That order was not delivered. They mixed the shrimp chow mein with the rice. So slick. I would not be ordering from them again. Intregity is everything.

I ordered for food and was stuck in traffic so I couldn't pick up on time. This is because I was late for work ad well. The restaurant called my phone multiple times whiles I was at work and I assured them that I will be there to pick up soon. When I finally arrived, I was completely ignored. No one said anything to me. I kept asking if the food is ready and everyone went about their business. I have been ordering from here for over 3 months now since I work close by. Sad to say this will be the last time. This is no way to treat a customer 😕

They're usually very polite and I never have an issue I'm not sure if they hired someone new but I literally just got off the phone Trying to place an order and the gentleman that answered the phone was very disgusting very rude also lying About the delivery service just argumentative for absolutely no reason Rushing through the process of me placing an order for whatever reason .... how the delivery man delivers the food Whether it was to my front door or downstairs to my building door it was triggering him I gave my address to him and the apt # he said they arent coming to your door you come down I asked if this was new he said no!!! yelling which is a lie because the delivery people always delivered to my door and i always tip them no less than 5 dollars i explained . I chose to hang up instead of going back and forth just spend my money elsewhere Just because they have a business in my community doesn't mean I have to give them my money or time it wasn't the fact that I was arguing about them coming to the door not i couldent care less it just was a unnecessary argument for absolutely no reason that he created

I love China Cheif and John his wife Iris and Johns mom and dad. They know me by name and are very friendly. There food is great. But I'm upset because when the virus started John told me that he was having a hard time getting supplies. So he would be closing for two weeks and that was two months ago. I'm worried about John and his family hoping they all are well. Hopefully they will open soon so everyone can enjoy there food again.

The food I would give probably 3.5 stars, but because they don't hold true to their "five mile delivery radius" which is stated on their website, my rating is low. I have called from two locations that are 3 miles from them and both times they said they wouldn't deliver. They need to either delete that from their website or change it to "wherever we feel like"

I've been coming here for 20 years.. today was my last day. I forgot my wallet at work and wanted to pay with my phone using Samsung Pay. The guy working behind the counter (that I've known for over 15 years), insisted that it will not work and gave me an attitude, mumbling something in Chinese under his breath (probably cursing me off) as I asked him to try anyway. It worked immediately and I paid for the food. The guy continued to give me an attitude as I left with the food I paid for. I've probably spent over $1000 at this place over the last 15--20 years, and to be treated like trash by a guy I've been friendly with for over half my life was the wake up call that this place flat out sucks. Screw you China Chef. I hope you go out of business with your fake crab, fake scallops and fake people working the registers. P.S. The lady that works the register is one of the nastiest workers I've ever had to deal with in any store that I've ever been to... I'm glad I never have to deal with her again.
