I'm a local and it's my first choice (I've tried everywhere else in Bruntsfield)! We visit 1-2 times a week on average. Fab choice, I have too many favourites, whether it's breakfast, brunch, lunch, or just coffee! Friendly chatty owner and a lovely place to sit in should you wish!

Visited today with my son. Best chicken nachos we've ever had with delicious homemade salsa and guacamole. Great service and ambience.

I was desperate for all day breakfast and The Pod didn't disappoint! Service was lovely, the poached eggs were actually perfect and the Irish soda bread was a revelation. The coffee is the nicest I've had so far in Scotland and is reminiscent of Melbourne - huge complement! People of Edinburgh, why aren't you here?! Make it a regular treat!

Nice coffee with lot of good options for a quick lunch and fresh baked stuff. The owner is very kind. Drop here for a fast Espresso or to work and stay for a while.

Very nice place, friendly owner, very reasonably priced food, discounts for students and good lunch deals. Great paninis, toast and baked potatoes. We were happy to have lunch there twice feeding a group of hungry teenagers:)
