Subway

We ordered the daily special. THEY made us the wrong sandwich. We did not notice until I questioned the price and looked at receipt. They would not give us the difference. Told them how we even pointed to board when we were ordering. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by management. They have lost a faithful customer. I usually eat at a subway by my work like 3 times a week, I won't be doing that anymore. It was only like a dollar difference. But it wasn't the money. They made a mistake, they should own up to eat and fix it. And I was NOT rude when I was talking to them. I was trying to explain situation very calmly.

A few days ago I when to get the daily special of the day.cost is 6.49 And the young man said it,s7.03 which always the price.But my ticket was rung up 20 cents increased plus tx.I went back to ask and the other girl answered and said there was an increase. Ok.So I waited by the time I left, they didn't change the price so customers would be aware. I believe since the sign read 6.49.Thats what I should have charged until it was changed .....Beware

I'm so upset I ordered a footlong buffalo chicken around 9:09 p.m. November 23rd. When I got home bit into half of the sandwich the chicken itself was frozen. I went back and got a refund but what I'm more upset about is I could have gotten sick over a $9 sub for frozen chicken because workers want to go home and don't care about customers. I've been there myself I've always wanted to go home right when closing is coming up but it doesn't mean I'm going to neglect my job just because I want to go home jeopardizing other people's health. this has by far been the worst subway I've always encountered out of multiple locations here in Edinburg I don't recommend this Subway at all to anybody unless you want to get sick.
