Amazing! Everyone was so friendly and the place is quite charming! The food was fantastic, I'd suggest the Ultimate Club Sub and a milkshake.

A fun restaurant with a consistent and friendly wait staff that will learn your face and order if you go often enough! The food is good and the restaurant and bathrooms are clean. This was recommended to me by a friend and it was a good choice! They have a decent sandwich menu and also have milkshak
I thought the highlight of my road trip down routes 17 and 13 would be trying shrimp and grits in various small towns, but the Soda Shoppe was actually the most delightful experience I had. Wonderful neighborhood lunch spot... Down to earth, clean & friendly. The Chero's chicken wrap & fresh squeezed orangeade are the best! Daily specials are available & owner Frank is usually around to offer up a warm welcome. Closed Sundays.
We had a great burger and shake. Jamie has the best personality. We would highly recommend if your in edenton nc to make this one of your stops.
We really enjoyed our late lunch here. Our waitress was super friendly and was really helpful in choosing from the menu. I had the turkey sandwich with cranberry relish and it was amazing.
Stopped by yesterday on a wim, glad we did. Very enjoyable, friendly, good food, atmosphere, overall great experience for a late lunch. Makes me want to be a regular, shame I don't live in Edenton.
Good food at reasonable prices. Great selection of sandwiches. The atmosphere has got an old retro vibe to it and lots of naval memoribilia. Staff is always wonderful and the service is good.
Friendly, good food at a great value, food appeared lightening fast after ordering. The pimento cheese appetizer was especially delicious (and came with gourmet crackers which paired perfectly).
Great place to get a Nathan hotdog and chips. Great service and very affordable. Would go again if I'm ever in town. Highly recommend.
