Little Caesars

ZERO STARS (if it would let me)!!! Little Caesars located at 808 S Van Buren Rd, Eden, NC 27288 is the WORST store ever!!! This isn't my first bad experience at this particular location, but definitely will be my last time ever going there! Online order placed at 7:35pm, estimated pickup time was 7:55-8pm. While waiting in the parking lot, all the lights inside the building went dim/off. Outside sign was NEVER lit up from the minute I pulled up. Both the front and side doors were locked BEFORE 8pm. Tried calling the store; it just rings straight busy like someone took the phone off the hook. Open sign was not lit up. They're supposed to be open until 11pm. I was charged for a pizza I never received!!! I have already contacted Little Caesars via their website's "contact us", called my bank to stop/dispute the charge, AND will be calling the Corporate Office first thing Monday morning. I took pictures for proof!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! (Side note, maybe it's good I never got my pizza...seeing as they have a 84.5 B rating).

This location use to be great, but lately Everytime me and my husband orders from there our order is never right. He orders a pep with extra cheese extra sauce and he will add another meat and I typically order hot and ready. They never gets his right they always leave off something. There was a time before where when I got home I had to finish cooking my pizzas because they was raw. When I went tonight they gave me my husband pizza and it took the another 10 of felt like to get mine and they are not perfessional the cashier was wearing bed pants and shirt was sloppy then he got another order together and came to window and so oh still need to get yours. No one was wearing hats to cover hair. Never will I go back. Corporate needs to fix their store.

I order 3 of the NEW 1/2 pizza and 1/2 cheesy bread pizzas and was so dissatisfied. I had tried this kind once before because I love the cheesy bread. That first time was great! But these 3 were basically 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2cheese pizzas!! Thats why you get sauce with them! In case someone wants sauce. They should have kept the sauce off of the cheesy bread side. So mad!! Four days later.......I told them what happened and they gave me 3 made the right way!! Thank you Little Caesers!!!
