Arby's

Can't say much about the food because we drove away. 7pm on a Saturday night the outside sign wasn't lit, the front seating area was completely dark. And the drive thru was barely lit. It looked like 2 workers inside and 1 talking with a car outside in the parking lot. Didn't look encouraging for decent food or service.

(Edited) I usually try to avoid negative reviews but somebody at this location is ignoring Arby's customer protocol. I was in Eden and thought I'd stop by and grab a sandwich well I got there and two female workers sit by the window talking all day and one of them came out yelling at us that they are closed at 3 PM (not a holiday). I used to love this location when I was a kid but the way they talked to my family makes me sorry now. The Reidsville Arby's has it right head to there. If things change to quote Arnold I'll be back. I am editing this review because of the quick response thank you for responding to my problem and I am glad it was solved.

Yesterday March 21st I pulled in to get their special. 2 fish sandwiches 🥪 for $6. They were out of the special. They were out of curly fries 🍟.matter of fact their entire menu board had almost out of everything. So I got their crinkle fries by the time I got home 5 mins away stone 🥶. Really they should just close if they don't have food. 😞

Ordered 2 curly fries and 1 crinkle cut and rather than calling they just gave us another curly fry but the person wanting the crinkle cut can’t eat curly fries. Per the manager they told the door dash driver, not sure why the door dash driver would even care, they should have called and asked the damn person paying the bill!!!! Won’t go back to this location!!

If you don't have food don't open 🤦‍♀️ shake machine is always down and they are never open at night so if you want Arby's for dinner better go to Reidsville. It's bad enough Eden has the smallest selection of places to eat we could use good reliable food for once. Nothing to say about the staff other than open the dining room and stay open like your hrs on the sign says.... Food is also disappointing, better off relying on a baby daddy to feed your kids than Arby's 🤦‍♀️🤣🤣🤣

Dining room still closed due to the pandemic. Which makes no sense to me. Wait times can be a little long but your order is freshly made for you. If you're getting hot food it's nice and hot not just warm from a heat lamp. They've had supply challenges but the people that work here are very nice and do a very nice job.They deserve your kindness.
