Very friendly staff and delicious lucky charm ice cream! This Coldstone’s portions seemed more generous than others of the chain.

We go to this location regularly and have had nothing but great experiences. Friendly staff and always great service. We have also ordered cakes for multiple occasions which are always ready and made just as we had ordered. Would recommend!

The ice cream is always melted. The staff is super nice but the ice cream is not cold. I was really disappointed. Went there 3 times already and the ice cream is always melted. Not planning to go back. Sorry.

I went to this Cold Stone to celebrate my birthday. I got the Almost Baked Banana Bread in a “Love It” size. I went with family and used the Birthday BOGO. When I told the two workers it was my birthday, they both wished me a happy birthday and they surprised me by upgrading my order to a “Need It”

I love this place!!! There is one worker that always makes my ice cream sooooo goood!!!! I always go here at night and I’ve been going like once a week and so far I don’t have any problems with anything.

Our go to shop in summer for cone- fav flavor is bubble gum and mint.

Being that this is close to the mall, it makes it an easy choice for catching desert with the kids or wrapping up a date night. The staff here are friendly and are knowledgeable about there flavors. Depending on the time of day you go, it can be busy.

Friendly service with a smile and the ice cream ain't too shabby either. We have always enjoyed a 'love it' or two at this Eden Prairie location. Notice the bowls in the photos are empty.
