Ordered breakfast 20 mims before breakfast ends was told they only have a 3 piece french toast left so I got it and an egg and cheese croissant. No receipt to complain on ur site. My poor sandwich looked like they smashed it down and there's barely any egg its like a mm thin and the french toast was old and only 2 and a half sticks. Im super sad cause im never up in time for breakfast and then i get that ☹

Arrived at the drive thru at 10:01 am did not get our food until 10:29 am. I have had faster service at a sit down restaurant. When we got the food it was cold and poorly made. When you are taking that much time to make a sandwich you would think they could make it better.

Awful service. We enjoy BK’s breakfast burritos, but usually have to count on sitting 20+ minutes in the drive through or are directed to park behind the building where they bring it out after another wait. Food is often cold and badly assembled. I don’t know what is going on with this place, but coming here is almost always a long wait or negative experience.

I ordered chicken fries, they forget to put them in the bag, when I got them there was mayonnaise on them and in the bottom of the container. So gross.

First time at the BK lounge in years. I got it through the drive through, ate it at home, and wish I would've gotten two. So savory. Super delicious. Don't forget to drink water, stay hydrated out there. Update. Just subbed the bun for the pretzel bun and did two impossible patties

We went just for the car show but ended up staying for some Ice cream. The staff was very friendly and very efficient getting everyone what they needed fast with the amount of ppl they were serving!

It’s a hit or miss for me at then BK location in the most recent years. 2-3 years. This location used to be my Go To joint for a whopper. They used to have great staff who actually cared!
Now I have to look through the bags to double check them for order accuracy.
They’re lucky I still like whoppers. Lol
