Taco Bell

Ordered seven soft tacos and all the food was cold after receiving via the drive through. On top of that they had police in the lobby kicking a homeless man out the bathroom. Their excuse for cold food is their systems were acting up…. How does a person not know they are serving cold food? The bag was cold, the soft taco shells were cold, the meat felt like it came straight the fridge and given to me. Don’t they have instructions on how to prepare food? This spot needs to throw the whole staff in the trash can and start over with a better crew who knows how to follow instructions. Wish I could give this Taco Bell negative stars, one star is way too generous! Thanks Eau Claire Taco Bell for wasting my time, money, gas, and miles. It’s been real… real trash.

It depends on the people working some times when we get our food it seems like they rushed it even tho there was no need to rush. A few time I ordered the power bowl and not once was it filled to the proper proportions and was missing a few things as well. It just depends on who you get for the day, I know I had one good experience and it was with an older guy and he was sweet as can be and our food was perfect as well he double checked what we ordered andade sure everything wS together for us.

I just went in this evening around 7 and the manager needs a huge attitude adjustment. A customer walked in saying they forgot a burrito and the manager had the nerve to slam her fist down on the counter and started yelling about it to her staff. That's poor customer service if you ask me. I didn't order because she had an attitude and I NEVER plan to go there again till taco bell gets a new manager or she learns how to respect her customers. I've been in customer service for 15 years and never ever been that rude or had an attitude toward any customer ever! 0 stars if possible!

Went there last night, they kept all the lights on and drive through open to make the place seem active but when I pulled up to the window the employees inside were only making food for themselves and ignoring me. This isn't the first time they've closed hours early but pretend to be open late. When the drive through attendant stopped ignoring me she started cussing while the window was closed then opened it up and sent me to a different location.

I am normally a forgiving person when it comes to my food, but my experience tonight was the last straw. I ordered food via drive thru and when I got home and started to eat and my order was 100% wrong. I ordered soft shell supremes and got chalupa's (which I find down right disgusting) and two potato tacos. Because I was already home I and didn't want to drive 20 minutes back. I will not order from thus location ever again. Working there is not rocket science, and if they can't find good reliable help who understand customer service and can read, then they should just close the doors and stop wasting time and money. Normally I would think that I got someone elses order but there was no one else in the drive thru when I went through. So they clearly just made what they wanted. If you're thinking about stopping at this location, do yourself a favor and just keep driving. Don't waste your money and time. If you're craving tacos, then take the time and go to one of the other locations or go to one of the many better taco places (Azul Tequila, etc). At least know I'm going to get what I ordered there. If I could give them ZERO stars I would but I am required to give them a star. ** True rating: -1 star **
