I called and asked to make sure they had the almond milk ice cream and they said they got it in and would have it out tomorrow. I drove over there today and got told that they didn't have any out.

This is the third time I’ve gone in and asked for a love it size and haven’t gotten it. My boyfriend and I order the same thing and his order is always right while mine is always a size small. This is despite the fact they’ve asked for clarification and I’ve repeated my order.

Amazing ice cream (as is the norm at any Cold Stone you visit)! Staff was very attentive to my food allergies and mixed my ice cream seperate from the large slab to prevent contamination. The prices are a little high, but you pay for the ice cream as well as the experience.
