Subway

Great sandwiches but the owner doesn't allow coupons or promo codes even though he owns many Subway restaurants and several other businesses. Give us customers a break. Puts his employees in an awkward position of having to explain why their nonparticipating store can't honor coupons to their loyal customers.

If your going to get something to eat there anytime after 8:30 don’t go somewhere else the past 5 times I have been in there everything is put away. an if there asked to pull it out so they can make your sandwich they tell you no sorry we’re almost closed. to which point I say you don’t close for another hour an a half an they say oh well sorry. All I wanted was a sandwich. what a let down this has happened several times here over the last 4 months from now on I’ll go elsewhere. If I had the owners number I would call them terrible service an rude employees.

I want to start by saying I am a HUGE lover of Customer service. I did not feel like it was a welcoming experience from the start. Not entirely restraunts fault but not a fan of the new bag toasting. Half the sandwich was stuck to the top of the back and very squished. Maybe the person was new so I get that but definitely needs better training

The staff here were not considerate and helpful. Everyone in line were waiting to be served. But the two staff people were busy preparing an online order that was to be picked up or delivered . The staff wasn’t courteous enough to let people know what they were doing and how much time would it take to serve us. We waiting for 15-25 mins and left eventually.
