Ruby Tuesday

When I started going to RT it was during the pandemic it was Good and easy so I sign up for the email so I could take advantage of the discounts. Then it started going down hill one order was avocado turkey sandwich & chicken avocado sandwich. When I order it they failed to mention that they didn't have avocados which if you go by the name of the sandwich is the star of the show, if they would have informed me I would have changed my order. Trying to give them a another chance I went in for dinner using one of the many coupons I was getting in the emails when the waiter walked me to my table that still had crumbs and water marks from the previous person. he just wiped the crumbs off the table and said hear you go enjoy your meal. I said I'm not sitting here its dirty you just wiped the crumbs on the floor. That should have been a clue for me to leave but I figured maybe he's new. I order some pasta dish on the specials it was okay, I also order the same exact pasta to go. You would think it would come out the same way, wrong it was the same thing but with tomatoes added i informed the waiter and he said it the same as before, I show him the tomatoes and he said nothing he just gave me the bill and said have a nice night. I paid my bill and canceled my emails from them. Now I see why they are going bankrupt. Their was a couple other crazy things that happen i just wanted to highlight some of the things that got under my skin as yucky and there are so many other place that i can spend my money at.

I go here regularly. It's very consistent in food quality and cleanliness. The big draw is the salad bar with unlimited refills. You can have just that or include it with a main dish. I've never had to wait for a seating and it's located within a shopping mall so it's easy to go shopping before or after eating. They stay open after the mall closes too.

The raspberry iced tea is the best and it's one of the only restaurants I know left that has a salad bar like Charlie Brown's used to. Great food but I wish there was a vegan dish or something without cheese for those who can't have it. But if not possible, still one of my favorite restaurants. Highly recommend to anyone.
