Lalore Cafe

Great cafe with an excellent atmosphere and quality food. Expect to pay about $15 a head for lunch. My curry chicken salad was excellent with just the right amount of curry flavors. The serving size appeared to be a little small, but turned out to be enough to fill me up. My wife’s chicken salad sandwich was also excellent with their home made french fries delivered in a cute basket. Service was relaxed and efficient and very friendly. Restaurant also has a full bar and outdoor seating weather permitting. Location is in the shopping center and could be hard to find. Parking is readily available.

I risked a lot bringing my wife here for her birthday, but she and I both were very pleased with our meal. She ordered unsweetened tea and the Chicken Salad Classic, substituting ciabatta bread for toasted sourdough. I ordered Fiesta Quesadilla Salad and an Arnold Palmer. We shared a few tastes of each other's meals and would just as likely been happy swapping orders--both were delicious. For dessert, we had the warmed apple crisp a la mode... heavenly. We will definitely be back. By the way, they also serve a Jalapeno Margarita (next time, for sure).

Manuel and Lorena are EXTREMELY RUDE to their staff and mistreats them(in Spanish so most customers don't understand, but us bilingual people do) even saw Manuel sleeping in the car while his staff was working inside. Pays too much attention to his phone and not enough to customers. This place needs new management ASAP. #ToxicEnvironment #Lazy Can't wait for change!
