I have been coming here for years and now I like it even more. Their food and drinks seem to be better than before. The restaurant has a beautiful view of the bay. You can take a walk around the campus, look at the museum, and come in for a nice lunch/dinner or drink. They also offer a nice brunch.
Tip: go before 10:30 to get your and hands on the lavender donut. It’s very popular and the waiter said it sells out by 11 AM every day.

The Mansion was simply lovely during our visit to Rosario Resort. They were very friendly, with excellent service, and the food was magnificent. We celebrated my birthday there with a sweet message written in chocolate sauce, complete with a candle and tiramisu. It was divine.
