This is probably my absolute favorite Chinese food place around. They make the best crab rangoons. I always get at least two large orders (of rangoons). The food always tastes great. The rice is great and the noodles are done just right. They also have really good beef. I always order to go so I can't speak for the sit down experienc. Ordering over the phone can be a little frustrating at first. I had no idea what the woman working there was saying for the longest time. The staff seem happy to see me whenever I come in. They are friendly in their own way. I highly recommend trying this place if you haven't already. Definitely try the rangoons!
This is my favorite! When we have money for take out this is our choice! The food is amazing! Definitely worth the 15-20 minute drive for our family❤❤❤
We tried the General’s Chicken and House Fried Rice. Food was great! We are on the hunt for a new go to Chinese place, I think we found it.

I see previous reviewers mention the woman at the front, I have heard that they now have new owners and is a younger couple. The woman is certainly not rude. For anyone who had a bad experience, years ago, I would give it another try.

Always fast and good food! Combination platers a great value. Been eating here for a few years and never any complaints. They dont offer delivery but worth the drive to pick.
Food is reliably good. Seem to have decreased number of employees....so sometimes the wait is long.

i think its hilarious that so many people leaving reviews here are so full of themselves that they are aghast, i mean absolutely aghast, that the teenage girl who works the front desk doesn't fall over herself to give you a big toothy smile or speak in inoffensive, feminine coos. if you are so susceptible to narcissistic injury that you can't deal with the fact that sometimes teenagers dont care about you, then you dont even deserve to eat food this good. the food is always delicious, full of fresh vegetables that are never overcooked and portions that will last you for daaaaaays. and it's ridiculously inexpensive. cheers to you, straight-faced teenage girl! you keep doin you, girlfriend!!!
Tong sing is awesome, you might not tell from the photos or the interior. Get some takeout Chinese food from here and I'll challenge you to show me a better place in the pioneer Valley play some good cheap Chinese food.
Not much in the way of ambiance, but it's primarily a takeout place anyway. Everything is tasty and satisfying, if not earth shattering. The real gem is the wonton soup. It is a staple in my house on cold nights and whenever I get sick. It's clear, hot, savory, and delicious. I've pretty much stopped going to other Chinese restaurants nearby unless I really feel like sitting down somewhere. But if it's takeout, and I want wonton soup, it's always Tong Sing.
Ordered take out. Great flavor!! They actually give you a lot of meat as opposed to so many veggies! I wish I lived here, I would be a regular!

Fresh veggies, shiitake mushrooms, fast service, diverse menu. If you dug into the menu you can find healthy gourmet options.
My go to American Chinese place in the area. I don't know what the people complaining about the service are talking about. Been ordering there for 5 years and have nothing but good things to say.
