Great breakfast with the best homefries around! Great family run restaurant and the owner is extremely friendly with guests. Felt like you were at home. Highly recommend The Breakfast Nook!
The staff was so friendly & food was spectacular. Very busy place, lots of regulars, great place for home cooked meal. Loved the breakfast, especially the hollandaise!

I take my family to the Nook nearly every weekend. The food is great, very reasonably priced and service is friendly and accurate. My girls beg me to go every week!!
Now, personally, I have known John, the owner, for over 20 years. He is a constant professional in this business, while at the same time, friendly, funny and down to Earth.
If you are in this area, either full time or passing through, I highly suggest stopping in for an old school, home style breakfast!!

Reminds me of my parents place the Stewed Tomato they had in down in Harwich. Feels more like home with good eaten

Escape the Cape bridge traffic on your way home by setting off early and having breakfast here. Really friendly staff and even friendlier prices. After the Cape you’ll be pleasantly surprised. As a self-proclaimed Eggs Benedict aficionado the poached eggs were perfect and the breakfast potatoes super tasty.
Good place for breakfast. Prob the best in the area. Better than Leo’s and pier view for sure. Hash is always great. Friendly service. A lot of times can never get a second cup of coffee though. Service sometimes hit or miss but that’s ok.

Wanted some corned beef hash so found this place in area I was in and it had good reviews so I went. I was thinking it had house made corned beef hash from reviews but not the case. But it was a good portion of canned hash that is similar to most and it was done crispy as I'd requested so I enjoyed. It was pretty salty, more so than most I thought, but I did not add salt. Taste it before doing that. The potatoes also seemed to be heavily salted-I wish they'd let you add your own salt! I like salt, so someone who doesn't would find them overpowering. Service was good, portions and prices good. The reason I only gave 4 stars is they had an option on marble rye that was thicker than the regular rye. That sounded good and I ordered. When my bill came I asked why my meal was 8.49 instead of the 7.99 on menu. I was told my rye bread choice added 50 cents. She said she told me that it was an upcharge, but if I'd heard that I would have passed. Come on-how much more is bread that is 3/16 inch thicker costing you? This seemed like a ripoff. Food was good although salty, I will go again but will not order the marble rye.
The linguica roll was the most delicious breakfast item. Grilled with linguica and cheese inside of a delicious soft roll. Must try!!!!! Food is awesome here.
Great food, great service and at a good price
Great little place for a hearty breakfast. If the parking lot looks full... keep driving. It's kinda tight in there. Loved the whole place and the meal. Come back after the early morning rush.
Great breakfast, big portions and priced much less than others in the area.
Everybody knows everybody here, I was visiting from out of town but felt like a local pretty fast. Serving is huge and delicious, get some muffins to go, they are freshly baked. Just do it!
Everything's nice in there the food's great no waitresses are great go there but you're going to get them muffins they're even better not the food too but and tell him Richard sent you goodbye
Great food! Has that old diner feel to it. Paid a bit more for the food than at say millpond diner for example but it was well worth it and the waitresses were friendly.

The best breakfast experience I've ever had! Super friendly staff. Food was unbelievable. Try the Tennessee Hash if you like spicy! If not the regular hash is exceptional as well. All homemade! Never going anywhere else in my town for breakfast again.
