Dunkin'

went in to grab my on the go order and only the drink was there. I start around waiting for a couple of minutes but all of the workers ignored me until finally I spoke up asking where my food was and then someone proceeded to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered so I had to get a substitute. There was another woman they’re picking up a doordash order and she had the same issue she stood there waiting until she finally got somebody’s attention and asked where the order was. they give her a bit of an attitude when she was asking why everybody ignored her and what was she supposed to do because they didn’t have the food the customer ordered. overall the customer service was a solid one out of 10 and the fact that both of us had missing items from our orders was not very good on the managers part or whoever ordered food for today

I just want to thank all 3 Dunkin employees tonight. I needed quarters for laundry and all I had was nickels and dimes that was worth $8.00. They came through for me since the banks were closed and the other markets around weren't able to pull through. So to all 3 of the Dunkin employees you guys are bomb.

Be sure to emphasize that you want "DECAF", not "decaf coffee" or all they will hear is "coffee" and there is a good chance they will give you regular. Other than that, the staff is amazing! My one issue is with the parking lot: It's always a problem getting around the drive-thru lane to park and sometimes the pass-thru lane gets completely blocked because someone decides to park in it or a delivery vehicle blocks the lane on the far end, which you can't see until you 'round the corner. Today I was almost hit while pulling out of my parking spot because a driver pulled in through the exit. We exchanged a few words (none vulgar, we kept it polite) but I pointed out that SHE was in the wrong, having pulled into a one-way/exit only. She claimed not to know, even though there are large arrows painted on the pavement. This is not the first, second, or even third or fourth time this has happened to me! Perhaps a large "EXIT ONLY" sign would help before an accident occurs, and maybe even a "NO PARKING" sign next to the drive-thru lane as you enter.

I was waiting to be helped and after 3 minutes waiting. Someone finally said can I help you. I asked for a bagel sandwich. And very rude woman says we don't have that.so I asked for a different bagel and then another woman comes on and say we have no food here. And said go somewhere else. Now I will never go to this location again. And I will make sure everyone I know doesn't go there either.
