Review Chelo's Of East Providence - East Providence

Came here for the first time today and enjoyed it. Amy was our server and was very nice and accommodating. I had the Seafood Chowder and a side salad which were cooked and made well. My sister got the five cheese mac and cheese which we both liked and shared. The restaurant is very clean and has a nice modern feel to it. On our way out, a hostess and manager told us on our way out to have a good day and thanked us. Overall, great place to go relax and eat! I will come back here again.

I haven't been to a Chelo's in years because I had moved. I had to stop when I realized there was one about a mile from a car dealership I was going to. I was not disappointed. My waitress Shaynah was very familiar with the menu and made great suggestions. They had great drink specials and the food was delicious, just like I had remembered. The manager even stopped at my table to check in to make sure everything was as expected. If you are too full after your dinner take a dessert home. They are delicious.

I recently hosted a private birthday party at the Chelo's East Providence location. The staff and everyone there were so helpful and did an amazing job. Our servers were very friendly and went above and beyond. The food was great as well. The event was so easy to plan. I managed everything through the phone and email. The room looked great and provided a nice private location. I would recommend Chelo's to anyone looking to plan a private event.

1st time going to Chelos and I have to say I was more than impressed. Not only was the waitress super attentive but other wait staff checked in on us including the manager. Food was delicious and the service was stellar and right on time. Joined their membership program as I'll definitely be back!

I was visiting Rhode Island (home) and craving some chowder and clam cakes. Threw in a lobster roll to make it a Trifecta. Thanks Chelo's!

Ordered nachos, was notified as they handed us the nachos they had no sour cream. Go to eat the nachos and it was so salty, almost ever chip was completely covered is salt, sent it back. Then my meal came out and I ordered spaghetti and meatballs, could hardly cut meatball in half because it was frozen still. Got up and left. Will never return. Place is absolutely garbage

This restaurant and bar has an eclectic menu. Most everything on it is put out with very good proportions and about what you get when you go to a family restaurant. Prices are reasonable waitstaff is very good.
