I don't want to give any stars. First I didn't get my pop for my order then I came home to try and eat this original chicken sandwich and it looks like someone took a bite, chewed it and put it back on my sandwich.

Absolutely awful place! 0 stars if I could. My boyfriend and I aren’t normally complainers. We understand employees are human and mistakes can happen. The last FIVE times we’ve been to this place, our order was wrong. Completely wrong food. I guess it was our bad for not checking before we drove off. Usually the food is cold, this time it was hot (we were both shocked). We continued to go because of the convenience. Moline BK is 10x better! Employees at EM BK don’t seem to really care, they’re there for a paycheck. Probably better off to just shut the place down with all these 1 star, poor reviews. Yikes.

HORRIBLE service will never be going back. Cashier kept looking over at me knowing I was waiting to order and left me waiting 30 minutes.
The food took forever. They weren’t even busy like AT ALL. There was three people in the lobby waiting.
Worst experience ever. Place should be shut down. There was food all over the kitchen floor, trash overfilling and spilling to the floor, and we asked for ranch and it was RANCID 100% expired and smelled gross. Do not recommend going there.

On a Friday night at 7pm they are out of fries. The playroom stinks like spoiled milk pop, juice and food all over the floor. Said something to the staff about it and they acted like it was no big deal

What you would expect- except they don't put in the correct order. Always check your food. They'll correct if you request.

Well it was our first time there and a courteous staff but burgers were missing ingredients we asked for with acknowledgement along with way over hot lamped chicken nuggets. Oh well another stop off the list.
