Dunkin'

Going to a drive through should not be a hit or a miss! We need to stop accepting this as the standard! When you spend money the food should be hot and made right! Especially when theres no line. Its inexcusable. My drink was cold, missing the extra stuff I asked for, my food was cold and we were the only ones in line!

It's so unorganized, unprofessional, and the manager didn't care that they forgot to give us our food. Messing up the order multiple times. We called to speak to the manager who disregarded the whole thing. The store has all new employees and mistakes do happen but we ordered from here daily the same thing. They have no products by 9am. Employees are rude when you are making the order and when you tell them your missing something they roll their eyes or just walk away. If I didn't have to I wouldn't be giving any stars

Forcing vegans to pay for the egg and cheese on your beyond sausage sandwiches is not only disrespectful, it's greed and bad business. I have no problem getting the English muffins and beyond sausage rang up separately at this location and others on a regular basis but apparently you are inconsistent and REFUSED to do so today. Either make a plain one (at a lesser cost since less products involved) so you are actually VEGAN friendly or get rid of it all together. I will be contacting corporate for your unwillingness to be inclusive to non animal product consumers. And tell your "sassy server" Steven to not speak over customers.

I love Dunkin. Have the app and everything. But THIS dunkin is a disappointing every time. I've waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes to then get the wrong order. I've taken breaks from this one for months at a time, but I always go back because it's the only one nearby. But after yesterday I won't again. I thought I found a solution by using the app but still it's been late or wrong. Yesterday I waited ten minutes only to find out they didn't have any of the ingredients for my order. They offered to refund me, but couldn't figure out how in an efficient manner, so I just left
