We have not been in the store in years. So happy we went back. Of course the product is great but the service is what did it for us. The young man that waited on me was so kind and so personable. We don't get that regularly from young people these days. He treated me, an old lady, like I was his mom. So lovely. We wish him well with his life.

I really enjoy their bagels, and their employees provide great customer service. However, I would recommend calling to order ahead and paying over the phone, since there always seems to be a good sized line that takes a while.

BABs is always busy, but those people work hard and fast filling orders!

I order here frequently and pick up. However, though they’re the best bagels this side of NYC, they take the phone off the hook when busy and seem to forget to put it back on. Their message sounds like it’s from the phone company: “The wireless customer you have called…” very irritating although when/if I get through they’re very accommodating.

Man I wish I lived closer so I could become a regular. I love getting the breakfast BLT. The team at babs is so friendly and welcoming. I always look forward to my next visit! Edit to add a photo of this amazing turkey club we got today.

Despite the long lines and the slightly confusing process (the person who takes your order is also the person who prepares your order, there's one line for online orders but then they use that cash register for credit cards and Apple Pay), the bagels and cream cheese never disappoint.
