The wait staff was very accommodating to our party and I was very pleased with the service and atmosphere of this place. However, the food itself is very average. I think they could benefit from limiting their menu options and focusing solely on improving the quality of their pizza. I ordered a Chicago-Style deep dish and the crust was very uninspiring, as well as the cheese which was cheap and gluey. I will always give this place more chances as it is an East Lansing staple, but I would like to see some improvement in the ingredients that go into their pies.

The Pizza House menu presents pizza options that are second to none in mid-Michigan, but doesn't stop there. The massive menu offers a wide variety of everything from sandwiches & shakes, to burgers and fries, to wings & other fried food, to pasta, to ribs, and of course, pizza. There are six different options for the crust alone. However, if digging through the custom options sounds like too much work, fear not, there are a score of specialty pies to choose from right on the menu.
The full bar has all of your drink options covered, and is a great place to grab a bite if you are on your own. Combinations of booths, high top, and regular tables can accommodate most party sizes on all but the busiest of days.
After coming here for years, the service has always been exemplary, even if a busy lunch hour, or a packed game day meal.
One of the nicest things for me is that they are open late: 4:00 AM. I never have to worry about if Pizza House is there for me or not.. they are.

BRITNEY is incredible. She's a manager and she really looked out and help me with completing my sale. I'm a grad student and I was starving and cold and britney made sure I was nourished!

On a busy Friday night they have great service to our party of 19. The meat lover's lasagna was awesome and others loved their pizzas and pastas. Definitely coming back!

They're friendly here. As a dasher, they're normally pretty fast after 11 pm. I have only experienced their service at night. Highly satisfied on the dasher side.

The name really does not disappoint. The food was wonderful. Staff friendly and helpful. The menu is diverse. It was a little expensive but more than worth it.

Attended a birthday party. The salad and pizza was delicious. May I suggest that since I know I'm not the only diebetic, Coke zero sugar could be a great addition. (Diet Coke has a nasty after taste.

Pizza was delicious! But it took a long time, even though the restaurant was empty. Arrived later than the quoted time, and still had to wait 10 minutes. But still REALLY good Chicago style pizza! Worth the wait!

We had a great time, are server logan had a great mood and he treated us with respect and called us by are names and it really felt like he cared about us. The food was great. Loved the atmosphere. But loved the serves even more thanks Logan.

Logan was our server and he was over-the-top wonderful. Great server and great personality. Love the bus to the game. Great experience overall. Will Def do this again. Our pizza was a little overcooked, the garlic cheese breadsticks were great. And the coffee Logan made was so good!
