I cannot believe anyone would send me what I received tonight. It was the worst chicken I have ever tried. So horrible I had to toss it!! It was black on the outside and dry on the inside. My entire order was cold tonight, this is the third time I have ordered from here and the meal sucked. I will not be ordering from them again!

Ordered 2 ind meals. Asked for extra gravy on both; got zero gravy. Breast meat on both the chic caesar (that came with no dressing) and the half chic meal was extremely dry. Gravy might have made it edible; but, no gravy, so I did not eat them. The meatloaf and creamed spinach were cold, but ok. I remember them being much better. Was this just an isolated bad experience? Or is this the new normal at BM?

I tried that new hot chicken....it was way to hot for me. I could have done without the sauce. The broccoli was good but the carrot undercooked and the red potato's was ok. My husband was disappointed he ordered a large meal and only got 1 slice of turkey. This location is very unorganized and the server should have told the person distributing the meat his dinner was a large. I even asked a second time. We will not be going back there.

Bit hit and miss if ordering through a delivery service . Firstly the food arrived cold, but there again it did sit outside for a while because the delivery guy omitted to knock the door, or even send a text. The food was the real star, Non Diet Coke arrived as a Diet Coke, half a chicken Corden blue arrived as a small piece of chicken with no Corden blue bit, succulent melt in the mouth potato wedged were half cooked and an apple pie transformed into a pumpkin pie. Ive had issues with this store a few times when going down there to order, I find my self correcting the order when they get it wrong, as they put the order together. And they are reading off a screen on the register ! Something is amiss at this store.
