Review Dunkin' - East Granby

Frozen hot chocolate the best! Old East Granby!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a Dunking Donuts. While ordering employees stated they did not know how to make a cappuccino and that everything I wanted they had run out of. Unfortunately I paid for this order and felt bad for the staff so I even left a tip. They told me to pull around to the front of the building and they would bring my order out to me. Fifteen minutes later nothing. I left without my order and my money. I do not understand how this place is still in business. I went down the road to another DD and received my order quick and without problem. This place is a joke. The owner either doesn’t know what’s going on or doesn’t care. Don’t waist your time.

Terrible customer service in the morning. Not everyday but close to it. Lady on the drive thru microphone has a serious attitude problem and no idea what courteous customer service means. Never says please, or thank you, or is nice in general. The lady working the window on the other hand is extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. When placing an order it’s literally like you’re an annoyance and you’re bothering her. Just terrible customer service. I live in town and I never want to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts again. Too many negative experiences in management just does not seem to care. I wonder what ownership thinks?

I have gone here for a while, but recently have been running into issues with the staff "shutting down" their ovens at least 3 hours before close. I work at Dominos right down the street, and sometimes this is my best option for a quick dinner while on shift, but they continually refuse to serve half their menu because they want to shut down the ovens early to make sure they dont have to stay too late past close (which is at 7pm, a very early closing time for a food business such as this). Very disappointed with the current staffing they have over there.

Rude kids work there... there intercom system do not work or they pretend not to hear you. They always give you the wrong order or burn a simple bagel. Don’t waste your time, money or energy going to this Dunkin.

Sat in bar for a margarita, kind of dark, lighting was strange. 20 minute wait for table. Bartender Ben took care of us. Nothing bad to say about him. Cookie skillet for dessert..kind of old. Had. a small stale taste about it. But chili has the BEST cookie skillet, so we will try the next time. Thanks

Unbelievably slow. Painfully slow. I actually gave up waiting to order because no one even acknowledged I was there after 5 minutes. There was one guy with glasses "working" who had no gloves on and was more concerned with his cell phone than helping the other employee out. Just keep driving if you are near this place. Holy hell. AND I was able to write this review and post it all while waiting for one beverage to be made!

Terrible service. Have gone several times due to convince however never again. The service is slow, the food is not made well and they have never gotten my order right. I do not recommend.
