Terrible customer service in the morning. Not everyday but close to it. Lady on the drive thru microphone has a serious attitude problem and no idea what courteous customer service means. Rude kids work there... there intercom system do not work or they pretend not to hear you. They always give you the wrong order or burn a simple bagel. Don’t waste your time, money or energy going to this Dunkin.
