Dunkin'

Horrible experience, so I never really come to Dunkin’ Donuts in east Chicago harbor area but what do ya know, I get the 24 ounce coffee when I ordered a largeeee. Of course I didn’t realize it and thought it was a large until my buddy said that wasn’t a large cause he got a large drink himself and of course the size difference is huge compared to the medium. I paid for the large, so I feel very ripped off right now and it’s not a good feeling because it’s such basic stuff to do at Dunkin, which is pour coffee like really????? If anyone reads this, stay away from any east Chicago restaurant, Burger King got my order completely wrong too, it’s simple things but yet again they want to get paid the big bucks hahahahahaa good luck with that losers

Wednesday Jan 26, approx 3:50-4:00 Hispanic woman pretends to be manager when calling to complain. Ordering after 3pm be prepared for watered coffee and charged for wrong order! The most disgusting unprofessional Dunkin. When asking for manager on being up charged she continued to speak to her co worker mocking and laughing about the complaint. Not sure the humor in ordering a small coffee being charged a large nor receiving regular brewed when asked for midnight? Hire polite PROFESSIONAL employees as you’re NEVER aware of someone else’s mental state or physical state! Such disgusting behavior.
