Little Caesars

This place lost my pizza twice and I had to wait over 30 minutes for a pizza that should’ve been ready at 9:06. Then when I finally got my pizza I went home checked it and then realized they gave me the wrong one again,so I went back and heard them say that they have been loosing pizzas all day, and I find it crazy. So If I could give them no stars I would not, and the crazy thing is I still didn’t get the right order at the end of the night and they didn’t give anything for the wait or for the mess up. Highly don’t recommend it to be honest. So I ended up just getting a refund and I gotta go home with no food to my kids. I hate that I just got off work and wanted to get something quick to eat.

I ordered my meal, was charged for brownies, when I got there they had no brownies other then Twix kind my daughter can’t eat the Twix kind so I asked for a refund, and they said they couldn’t do it unless they refunded my whole order, but if I ordered online I didn’t have my credit card with me… they weren’t trying to help at all…. And was rude… will be going else where for now on

No sign on Door nor Did anyone verbalize, that they were not taking orders! Waited in line for 20 minutes to place order and was told we are not take orders pick up only! When asked to speak with the manager on duty, he replied "No One Told You To Wait In Line For That Long To Order"! I explained that you didn't say, online orders only when we walked in, and I think it should have been stated. Again he said "No one told you to Stand in line to order".

Usually this store is pretty shorthand and/or packed. You end up waiting there's nothing hot and ready! Which is fine I have slight patience. Also know there are more people then just myself.. But called in my order, say 1-1:05. It'll be ready, I waited until almost 130,and nothing offered but a sorry, n shrugged shoulders!!?
