Review Wok Restaurant - East Brunswick

Was good food, the only twist was one time they got my order wrong, but good customer service!

I’ve ordered from here a few times and every time it is delivered to me the food is either warm or cold. The food is mediocre. Chewy, bland and not fresh is how the food is. The last time I ordered I couldn’t finish the food because it was just tasteless and my french fries were old, oily and mushy and the chicken is never fresh either. If you want good Chinese food worth your money DON’T eat here. Feels like they just care about taking the money while giving back garbage food. Waste of money.

I really enjoy their egg lomein (it’s off menu) and steamed pork dumplings 🥟 the service is always good too

Ordered delivery to my hotel. Food came relatively quickly but order was incorrect. Main course and side were good but I ordered and paid extra for brown rice. Got white. Minor maybe but the devil is in the details. Should have been correct or discounted accordingly. Don’t like paying for something that isn’t delivered!

Go to place for Chinese delivery/takeout in Milltown. Even though Human Wok is closer to us, the food here is a notch better in my book. Particularly the way they make General Tso's chicken (other places over do the peanut, but Wok makes it perfectly) and they include a lot of white meat which makes it over and beyond others. Online ordering is a breeze with the qMenu app as well, so thumbs up!

Excellent! The food is really delicious, fresh, fast service, the staffs are very friendly. This is one of my favorite Chinese takeout restaurant. Loved it!

I’ve never seen a dirtier place idk how they are still allowed to be open. Dead plants along the front window, dirty floor, restroom out of order, the wall clock doesn’t even work! Dirty fish tank on the front counter. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t renovate the small front area. Cooks in the back wearing sweats and outdoor jackets while chopping vegetables. So unsanitary

Honestly, I am very cautious and wary of Chinese takeout because I've had family who also owns and runs and Chinese takeout restaurant, and that's the standard I grew up with. Foodwise, this restaurant is great. My one complaint is that they don't always give enough gravy/sauce with their dishes, so the meat dishes can be a little dry. What I absolutely love and appreciate about this restaurant is that I could order online. The food still got prepped in a timely fashion, so I didn't feel like my order was being ignored. Fantastic service to add to their business! I've never been to any other Chinese takeout place that does this!
