Ordered double steak, extra lettuce, and extra fajita veggies online. Apparently, their definition is double/extra means extra small. When I shook the bowl to mix the dish, I knew something was off because it felt way too light. I was robbed of +$4 for double meat and overall portion was literally half of what I get from other Chipotle stores. Will never return.

We ordered 2 bowls. The lady kept very little amount. We were actually hesitant to let her know to keep actual quantity of food. She should know by herself.
Not getting what we pay. Waste of money. Store owners should tell the servers to serve the proper quantity of food to the customers. Extremely disappointed and money got wasted.
I never give any reviews but really got cheated which made me to give this review. People don’t waste your money in this store. Waste store.

Ordered 5 bowls and I kid you not each bowl had 3 cubes of chicken. And one was supposed to be steak and had none because she thought it was supposed to be a vegetarian bowl. In what world do vegetarians eat steak when the label on the bowl clearly says steak. I can understand the mistake with the steak because it gets busy at times but putting barely any chicken in the bowls when you have hungry people waiting on food is the real problem.

I placed my mobile order for pickup at 11, the store opening hours were 10:45. I got there at 11:10 and not only was my order not ready but they weren’t prepared to open at all. I eventually got my food at 11:40. There were a lot of other people waiting for their order and whenever someone asked an employee for an update they were either unresponsive or curt.
I usually never leave a bad review, but this location has always given me problems. I really do not recommend coming here.

I’ve given this chipotle so many chances and I’m going to have to go to a different one from now on. Today for example I ordered online pickup and when I get there apparently the system was down and there were about 10-15 people standing around waiting for pickup. A young guy who worked there just stood at the pickup area and wasn’t explaining this to the people waiting for pickup orders. I finally went to to him after waiting for 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready to ask him what was taking so long and he says the systems are down and he has to hand write orders. Which was funny because he had been standing around doing nothing… he then asked me my order and order number which I couldn’t give him because I didn’t have my phone because I thought I’d be in and out of the store fast. And his response was “oh well” and walked away!!
I just left frustrated and canceled my order through the app.

In The Morganville area this is your go to Chipotle. It's a typical Chipotle restaurant you get everything you need the folks are pretty friendly. They will throw in a few extra things once in awhile. They also have fresh jalapenos here if you ask for it. So do not let go of them for your guacamole.
They serve food in good portions here. Just be careful the lines can get pretty long although they do move fast.

Places order on app for pickup, when I got home label was correct but what was inside wasn’t. I’m a vegetarian and ordered sofritas in my bowl and there were No sofritas only chicken which I noticed before taking a bite. Also asked for extra fajita vegetables and there were none. You can’t contact the store you get told on the automated recording to connect to the link on your email confirmation. This is just an automated system to type your complaint in a chat. Was told a free meal was added to my account which expires next month. So basically I get refunded for a meal that I couldn’t even eat and I have a month to use it. Didn’t help me that I didn’t have anything for dinner tonight and didn’t want to waste 30 minutes driving back and forth to get correct meal. Poor customer service from Chipotle and inaccuracy from this location in orders placed, you should be able to speak to someone.

I Have ordered multiple times from here. There’s always an issue with my order. It’s from picking it up and being 30 40 mins late from pick up time, order double and actually get half of a regular order, things missing. And what is more aggravating is the people working there, there face looks like there dying or working for free. Jesus Christ if you don’t want to work stay home you fiilled out an application to work not to go relax
