This Chick-fil-A is in the mall but they have a drive through that you can access by JC pennys. We were impressed how fast they were as we were drinking through town.
These young people at this small place in the Mall are exceptional!
We have a full restaurant style opening soon, and I hope these "kids" (I'm old and call everyone kids) are able to keep their jobs. Food & service = EXCELLENT!
All the staff is so friendly and helpful. Even during rush times they always maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor and strive to make each visit your best. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad. It was absolutely amazing. I don't know what kind of bread they use but it's heavenly tasting when melded with their lemon zest chicken breast. It's my favorite place to get a chicken sandwich. Who would want to go anywhere else?
I've dealt with this company on a few different levels.
First, as a customer. They always greet and serve you with a smile. Super friendly and make it a point to refer to you by name, which is a nice touch. Plus, the food is great of course.
Secondly, I sometimes drive for a company that accepts online orders, picks them up and delivers to your home. We get a lot of Chick-fil-A orders and no matter how large or complicated the order is, they always seem to get it right. Plus, it's ready fast which is definitely refreshing in this business.
Last but not least, I own a local Powerwash company and clean the exterior of this location once a month. I find Luke, the owner, to be very professional. Always prompt with payments and responses. He cares about the image of the company and cleanliness, inside and out. I wish all of my contracts were as easy to deal with as they are.
Great stop inside the old Heartland mall. Employees were nice and helpful (as usual at Chick-fil-A). Food was fresh and tasty. Like the nostalgic feel of eating in the walkway at the mall.
