Review Shang Hai - Eagleville

Ordered via Uber Eats. Delivery came quickly and the food was really good, better than expected. Same dishes you'd want from a Chinese-American spot (I had orange chicken, gf got pepper steak, egg roll and crab Rangoons). I'd say the food was definitely a little step up. Delivery guy was really nice and drove a nice Benz.

What is going on when people handle money and food nobody is putting gloves on between the two I had somebody hand me napkins out of their bare hand after walking out of the back . Food is great though if this was 1930 it would be a different story

Dec 29 , 2021 . Menu online apparently not correct so you cannot use it to order food. The guy who answered the phone cannot understand English well . Every time I called to order an item from their online menu he said “ menu not right “ and apparently the prices are “ not right” either . What a way to destroy your business. Why have a menu on line at all if it’s wrong. Just take it down completely.

The food is ok I just got some chicken wings and rice the rice is bland and the wings are a little to salty

This used to be my favorite Chinese spot .. has declined since changing owners. I think Covid took a toll on the previous owners. They no longer do delivery 😡 like what's up with that?! Last time I tried calling they would be closed on random days, also something the previous owners never did. They also never have boneless spare ribs one of my fav dishes.. idk I think I'm cancelling this place until I hear better coming from them

First time order since the pandemic forced them to close. We have always enjoyed there food but with the reopening we noticed a difference in the food. Wow, they must have a new chef because everything we ordered was even more flavorful. Very pleased, not to say that we were ever dissapointed in the past. Keep up the great work folks. Also, if you like Won Ton Soup, it's sent in a plastic quart container packed full of hand made pork Won Tons. A Great value and we actually always have leftover everything. Can you handle Won Ton Soup for breakfast? Yummm!

Order was wrong, egg rolls doughy e and undercooked, one piece of shrimp in the shrimp lo me in. How special chow mein came back up a few hours later. Plus it was over an hour wait. Do not recommend run or get the Pepto-Bismol
