Review Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Eagle River

Food was decent with good ice cream, but service was slow. Drive thru only.

Classic icecream. One of the only spots for some ice cream in Eagle River. They always seem to have a long drive through line, but it's worth it. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to fix any mistake on your order.

Not good! Ordered two six piece chicken strip baskets with country gravy tonight. Got home to find ranch dressing in the styrofoam containers that the gravy normally comes in. I called the store, spoke to a person I was told was the manager, who said they ran out of the usual ranch containers, so they used the styrofoam containers instead. I can understand that, but if the person filling my order believed it to be gravy, then why was the ranch I received still ice cold? Last I checked, gravy is supposed to be hot. Considering the price of these meals, this is extremely disappointing. Also, maybe if the teenage boys working there paid better attention to doing their jobs instead of having a contest to see who can hold the most cups in one hand, screwups like this wouldn’t happen. If the person I spoke to really is a manager- he’s not very good at it.

Very disappointed in this dairy queen. You always see workers standing around inside doing nothing. They are very slow to bring your food. I got a small ice cream cake because it was my daughters birthday and the cake was covered in ice Chunks like it was freezer burned. It tasted old, too!

WARNING. If you're at all concerned about the pandemic, don't go here. Not a single employee was wearing a mask and none of them were wearing gloves. Unbelievable that they could be so ignorant. Besides the lack of masks, my blizzard was not worth $4.44. It wasn't even mixed all the way and tasted off. The employee at the drive thru window was polite but didn't know how to print off a receipt when I asked for one. Hopefully more training will help solve issues at this restaurant. I don't think I'll be back for a long time

Kinda slow. Mostly decent food. For some reason, I just get an icky feeling looking at the place. Feels dirty without even going in. But, I mean, I have not tried much as far as their food, I stick to what I know I like. The bread being a favorite, last time, bread burnt. And it's regular sandwich bread, not the nice thick bread it used to be :(

Soft serve tasted like marshmallow. Hot fudge did not melt any of it. Made a second visit a few weeks later and soft serve was much improved. Nothing special, just OK.
