Service was a bit lax, but the food was really good. Nice, comfortable warm place to be when in the area. Totally would go back. We only went to the restaurant so no lodging feedback (didn't even realize that was a thing). Our server just lacked charisma, didn't follow up often, forgot a few things, seemed newer and may mature to be a better server. It wasn't that it was bad, it just wasn't attentive service. I had to go to the bar to get a second drink, for example.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to in my entire life. Consistently. For over 20 years. Family run and it shows that they care. They care about their quality and they really care about the customer experience. We got there late but they were very welcoming even just before closing time. They offered a few limited items since the kitchen was closed and we were very happy. And then they very kindly offered more options and we had an amazing dining experience with every single bite starting with a simple salad made with love and a blue cheese dressing that made this blue cheese lover very happy! And since they offered the spinach artichoke after hours, we were very happy to order it. When it arrived, we were informed that they had run out of chips so ours were made fresh to order! I've been to thousands of restaurants from coast to coast and this is, hands down, one of my top 10 restaurants! Ever.

We were cycling by and stopped for lunch. Immediate seating at the bar. Nice menu with lower prices that I expected. We had a portabella mushroom sandwich and lake trout filet sandwich. Both excellent. The lake trout was broiled and it’s flavor almost too delicate for a sandwich. Fries were excellent. Nice bar variety available.

We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Harbor Inn. It’s a very simple cottage-like stay, but clean & beds are comfortable. The best part is their restaurant; everything is delicious. You have to try the lobster pizza! Dave, the owner went out of his way to contact me as we forgot a bag of clothes. He is sending them to us…so kind of him to do that. There’s a nice beach nearby & a visit to lighthouse is recommended. Also, it’s an enjoyable short drive to Copper Harbor. I recommend Eagle Harbor Inn.

Had the best relaxing stay ever. Everyone is so nice, and smiles. The food is outstanding. Tried the Lobster Pizza, and highly recommend. Best wings we've had in along time, and the bleu cheese is perfect. Don't miss out on the Key Lime Pie either. The rooms are so clean and comfortable. Can't wait for a return trip. Highest of recommendations. Thank you Dave to you, and your wonderful crew.

We needed dinner and got in late, the restaurant was supposed to close in 15 minutes and we were very apologetic and asked if there was another restaurant in town. The owner was insistent that we had plenty of time and we could sit down and enjoy our meal. It was excellent I highly recommend this place.

Took a chance for lunch although the parking lot was full. For the UP, this is 5-star dining. There are few places that offer much beyond fried fish. The Eagle Harbor Inn offers several options including an excellent burger, but I had the grilled chicken topped with a Michigan cherry/onion sauteed relish ... very creative and tasty. Service is fast, friendly and efficient. Reasonable prices as well.

Stopped to have a late lunch on our drive around the Keweena Peninsula. The food was delicious and our server, Linda, was outstanding - attentive without being overly so. Highly recommend!

Amazing across the board. Don’t miss the fresh lake trout (even better than the whitefish, which is also really good)! And the lobster pizza is fantastic (even have a GF option). Desserts are worth saving room for - we love the key lime pie. Lots of drink options, including local craft beer and cider. Best place in the area, including The Fitz.

This wasn't the best place to stay at for us. High traffic with the restaurant attached, we were in the corner room. Lots of ppl looking in our room. Shutting curtains and window make the room hot. No AC. Opening windows during day leaves all ppl looking in, not much for privacy. Room was clean, got the daily check in from person giving clean or fresh towels. No microwave in room, however, there was a room two doors with one. To get ice for the cooler had to go inside restaurant and wait for someone to fill it and it's closed on Monday's. Not much for shopping in this town. Very quite. It was a nice place but if you're expecting stores and shopping plan on traveling. Not sure where everyone grocery shops, the nearest store was in Copper Harbor, from what we found. Lots of beaches near here, so that was nice. This place does allows animals for extra fee. Not a far walk to beach. Beach nice and clean. Don't stay at beach at dusk. You become a feeding frenzy for the mosquitoes. They are bad even after spraying with off.
