Anna Chung Oriental Restaurant

First and foremost, this place is a rip-off. I ordered 1 Q of Sesame Chicken, 1 Q of Orange Chicken, and an 8-piece of cream cheese puffs. Although each individual order of chicken, which was around $15 each, allowed me to individually pick white rice with them, when the order finally came, they chose to provide me with only 1 pint container of white rice, for 2 quarts of chicken. (Image 1 attached) Additionally, the cream cheese puffs are extremely tiny for how expensive they are. For the 8 count it was 7.95, and these things are smaller than a lighter and not nearly the normal size cream cheese puffs! (Image 2 attached) The taste was meh, as others have mentioned in other reviews the food is chewy. Like it's either been sitting in a heat lamp or quite possibly this food is made in bulk, cooled, and reheated. You can tell the breading has been sitting in the sauce for a bit. The taste of the sauce itself is alright but cannot make up for the chewiness of the food itself. Save yourself the trouble and choose some place else.

Ordered on a Wednesday evening and it took over an hour to deliver and the food tasted like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp, General Tso chicken was extremely rubbery. The egg foo young had no sauce on it?!?! I have never in my life had Chinese takeout where they were stingy and did not fill the containers, each container was only about 90% full. Despite the non full containers, we had plenty of leftovers and upon reheating the food we found multiple staples in the food! 1 star is far too high for this slop.

After doing business with them for over 25 years we will not be doing business with them again. We have ALWAYS gotten free egg rolls with our purchase of over a certain amount. Now we are told they won’t do that for us! We will miss eating there but it’s the principle of it that they won’t offer that for us anymore but will for others. ( I know that for a fact)!! We order at least 2-3 times a month. They have lost our business!!

Are you kidding me?! This is not average Chinese. This is a step above leeann chin quality but with a very reasonable price tag! For those who know what authentic/good Chinese food tastes like, this is a gem of a restaurant. Please support this local, family owned restaurant! Pick your favorite Chinese dish from Anna Chung’s and prepare to be impressed.

Horrible experience. They open at 11 am, got there at 11:05. Thought we'd get fresh food. Chicken/pork chow mein looked and tasted 5 days old. Fried rice was dry and tasteless. Sauce was just a bunch of celery, no other veggies. Cream cheese wontons were over fried. Never again, too many other options in that area.
