Review: Love this Caribou! I often stop here after picking up bagels next store. The baristas are always great and when I do mobile orders, my drink is always sitting and waiting for me. Never had an issue at this location.

INCREDIBLE. These people get it!
New Years Day 2022: they are open until noon yet apologize for the inconvenience - that's nice of them. CASHIER was EXPERICED, BRIGHT and EFFICIENT. That's awesome of them.
My drink was ready in about 90 seconds - that's REMARKABLE. The barista was firing on all cylinders.

My all time favorite location ever. My family even my 7 year old ( who loves the hot chocolate and cider) loves this location.
Its clean, quite and cozy. If they make a mistake they own it. The staff their is very engaging and they are knowledgeable.. love them

The service is terrible.
I ordered a Single shot Turtle Mocha hot in a tall cup with chocolate coffee beans.
I got a small Turtle Mocha and no beans.
I told the girl what I ordered and she argued with me what the screen order said and then said she could make it again after waiting 10 minutes for that wrong order.
I said no and I just will not ever come back.
There was a very long line of people trying to get drinks with slow service and workers that can not hear properly.

I am treated so nicely here. I order here quite regularly since it is close to my work and take advantage of the pick up order feature on their app since there is no drive thru. It is normally busy when I come in so I love walking in, seeing my coffee waiting for me and walking right out. Staff are so amazing here!
